Revision of the administrative, financial and accounting procedures manual of the Sahel Women’s Empowerment and Demographic Dividend Project (SWEDD)
Project description:
The project has three (3) components as follows:
- Component 1: Improving Regional Demand for Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Nutritional Health Services (RMNCHN) and Improving Empowerment of Women and Adolescents
- Component 2: Strengthen Regional Capacity for the Availability of Maternal, Neonatal, Infant and Nutritional Reproductive Health Products and Personnel (RMNCH)
- Component 3: Foster political commitment and strengthen policy-making capacity related to the demographic dividend and project implementation
The objective of the project is to improve the empowerment of women and adolescent girls and their access to quality reproduction, child and maternal health services in selected areas of participating countries including the territory of each beneficiary country, to improve the production of regional knowledge, the sharing of regional capacity and coordination.
